Chevloc

Chevloc is a highly versatile split faced precast concrete modular system which permits retaining and free-standing walls to be built in a variety of orientations and alignments.

It can follow both concave and convex curves without the need for special blocks or cutting. Irregular changes of direction can be accommodated by mitring the units using a concrete saw to suit the required angle.

The Chevloc system consists of only two hydraulically pressed units, a base and a standard building block.

Kriblok

Concrete crib or Kriblok gravity earth retaining wall by RPC Contracts is a modular retaining wall which can retain earth or soils to heights of up to 10 metres.

Comprising reinforced precast concrete components specially designed to interlock with each other, the Kriblok gravity wall retaining system enables the rapid construction of stable, attractive earth retention schemes without the need for mortar or special fixings.

The Kriblok system is available in a range of component sizes to ensure cost-effective solutions for a wide variety of situations. Each range consists of only two basic components, a header unit and a stretcher unit, with header units available in a choice of lengths. This, together with the fact that the Kriblok system can be erected to form concave or convex radii as well as internal or external corners using standard components, simplifies both design and specification procedures.

On site, Kriblok units are simply assembled to create a series of interlocking cribs which are then filled with granular free draining material to provide a high performance gravity wall structure.

Simple in concept yet extremely effective in application, Kriblok offers the strength and versatility to cope with virtually all earth retention problems.

Rocwall

Rocwall comprises precast interlocking reinforced concrete panels faced with natural stone.

Rocwall facilitates the rapid construction of retaining and free - standing walls in a fraction of the time required for traditional methods of wall construction with consequential savings in costs.

The ability to choose the size, type and finish of natural stone facing provides exceptional freedom in design of the finished appearance, enabling a distinctive finish to be created for every project, as well as allowing the Specifier to meet local planning requirements and to select a finish which will blend in with the local environment.

Hand setting of the stone facing during manufacture provides an attractive random appearance adding to the aesthetic appeal of every installation. The availability of parapet units, planters and other complimentary products ensures that Rocwall can be applied to a wide range of situations.

Porcupine

Porcupine is a revolutionary and versatile concrete block retaining wall system. It needs no mortar and requires the minimum of plant and machinery for installation.

The individual Porcupine element is an interlocking curved concrete block, which achieves its stability by the spines on the top surface of one block matching those on the bottom of another. No mortar is needed.

Porcupine is a versatile and economic solution for effective and visually appealing retaining walls.
